:: NABHAN FOUNDATION ::

THAT the Foundation shall work within the territory of Pakistan.

The Association shall run on non-political, non-religious / sectarian and non-commercial basis and shall have a charitable cum development status. No part of income or property of the Association shall be payable as dividend, profit etc to any member, office bearer of the Association or his/her relatives

The promoter / Office Bearer and Member of Association will not be the paid employee of the Association.

The Association shall exclusively work on humanitarian considerations and its benefits shall be open to all the sundry irrespective of religious, race, caste and creed.

To give education and promote technical, health, special & basic education and health services.

To establish such institutions in those undeveloped areas where there is no concept of education, which shall provide with free quality education in general, and technical, health, special & basic education and health services in particular.

To establish institutions which shall give vocational training to teenage girls and boys that can help them live their life smoothly.

To give financial and technical support to the needy persons.

To arrange / convene / organize programs, seminars to make awareness about health and functions in order to promote education in the country and abroad.

To establish basic health centers, dispensaries and schools.

To fight against child labor and the protection of children’s rights.

To have campaign to make educational awareness for children.

To make special plan for maintaining environment of area.

To do all such things whether they are incidental or conducive to have the attainments of any or all of the above subjects.

THAT the Society shall have the promotion and extension of appropriate technology including the system having renewable sources of education/health/ Nutrition.

THAT the Society shall undertake the evaluation of economic and social projects for woman and children for improving their education and health.

THAT the Society shall subscribe or maintain the convalescent schools and charitable dispensaries and arrange free medical camps as well as medical and surgical relief to them.

THAT the Society shall keep and maintain and provide with the ambulances in the targeted areas.

THAT the Society shall keep and receive funds, donations grant endowments and any other movable and immovable property from lawful sources within the country and manage them to utilize them properly for promoting the Aims and Objectives of the Foundation subject to the approval of competent authority i.e. District Administration/Income Tax Department.

To Borrow or raise money, with or without security required for the purposes of the Foundation/Organization upon such terms and in such manner as may be determined by the society for promotion of its objects.

To NOMINATE delegates and advisors to represent the Foundation at Conferences of Government bodies and other delegations and gathering.

To make agreements / contracts and arrangements with Organizations institutions Bodies and individuals for the purposes of carrying out the functions and activities of the Foundation.

To take such actions which are necessary to raise the status or to promote the efficiency of the Foundation.

To do all other such lawful acts / things whether they are incidental or conducive to the attainment of the above objects or any one of them.
